Roof Replacement
Your roof replacement includes a full-system install: ice and water shield at eaves, valleys, and penetrations; synthetic underlayment across the entire deck; aluminum drip edge at rake and eave; starter strip with sealant; architectural shingles with 130+ mph wind rating; and continuous ridge vent for proper attic ventilation. We also install new pipe boots and vent flashing on every penetration.

Roof Repair
Our roof repair process: inspect the issue, identify the root cause, quote the fix, do the work, warranty the repair. Simple. If the root cause is widespread (poor ventilation causes ice dams, for example), we'll recommend addressing that too. But the choice is always yours.

Storm Damage Repair
Not all storm damage qualifies for a full replacement. Hail might only damage one slope. Wind might only lift shingles on the windward side. We document exactly what's damaged and let the insurance company make the call. Honest documentation gets claims approved. Inflated claims get denied.

Metal Roofing
We install 24-gauge and 26-gauge steel standing seam panels in Galvalume and pre-painted finishes. Concealed fastener clips allow the panels to expand and contract with temperature changes without stress on the fasteners. That's why standing seam doesn't leak. The clips float.

Shingle Roofing
Designer shingles like GAF Camelot II, Owens Corning Berkshire, and CertainTeed Grand Manor mimic premium materials. Slate, cedar shake, heavy wood. They cost 30-50% more than standard architectural shingles but the curb appeal is worth it for higher-end Casa homes. Full manufacturer warranties included.

Flat Roofing
PVC membrane for Casa restaurants, commercial kitchens, and facilities with rooftop grease exhaust or chemical exposure. PVC resists oils and animal fats that destroy TPO and EPDM membranes. We install IB Roof Systems and Duro-Last PVC with factory-fabricated accessories for watertight penetration details. Built-up roofing (BUR) uses 3 or 4 plies of fiberglass felt in hot asphalt with a gravel or cap sheet surface. Oldest proven flat roof system, with 30+ year service life in Arkansas. We still install BUR when the application calls for it.

Commercial Roofing
TPO is our most-installed commercial membrane in Casa. 60-mil thickness, hot-air welded seams, mechanically attached or fully adhered over polyiso insulation. The weld is stronger than the membrane. 15-20 year manufacturer warranties depending on system build-up.

Gutter Installation
We hang gutters with hidden hangers screwed into the rafter tails or fascia board every 24 inches max. No spike-and-ferrule, no exposed hardware. Proper pitch is 1/4" per 10 feet toward each downspout. Too flat and water sits. Too steep and it looks wrong.

Roof Inspection
Our inspection covers the roof and the attic. From the attic, we check for daylight through the roof deck, moisture stains on rafters, mold on sheathing, and ventilation function. Problems in the attic often indicate roof issues that aren't visible from the surface.

Emergency Roof Repair
We don't charge extra for emergency tarp jobs. The tarping cost is rolled into the permanent repair price. If you need us at midnight during a storm, the price is the same as a Tuesday afternoon.

Skylight Installation
VELUX FS (fixed) and VS (vented) skylights installed with EDL flashing kits for shingle roofs. The multi-step flashing integrates with the surrounding shingle courses per IRC R903.2. We frame the curb with doubled 2x8 or 2x10 lumber (depending on rafter depth), install ice and water shield membrane around the entire curb perimeter, then set the skylight with factory sealant before weaving step flashing into the field. Top headwall flashing tucks under the upslope shingle course. Bottom sill pan diverts water onto the downslope shingles. Zero exposed sealant joints. Mechanical flashing only.
